ASIAGO CHEESE SAUCE 
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. garlic
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. ore more Asiago cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. scallops (blanched or poached)

Add all ingredients to melted butter, mix. Heat to almost boiling, pour over fettuccine. Sprinkle parsley over all. Add more cream if necessary. Very good.
