1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. cake mix
1 lg. egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. any of the following: chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips (may mix)
1/4 c. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, egg, oil and water. Mix at medium speed until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop batter by scant tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Space about 1 inch apart. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove cookies from sheet and allow to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen.
