WHITE CHUNK MACADAMIA NUT
COOKIES
 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. butter-flavored Crisco
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) jar macadamia nuts, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. white premium baking bars, chopped into chips

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts.

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Yield 6 dozen cookies.
