HAM AND BANANA CREPES POLYNESIAN 
18 crepes
2 lb. cooked ham, cubed
6 bananas, peeled and diced
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Fresh pineapple

1. Make the crepes using the palacinke (crepe) recipe . Set inside.

2. Saute the ham and bananas in the butter until heated through.

3. Stir in the mustard, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Fill each crepe with the ham and banana mixture. Fold over and place in a buttered shallow baking dish.

5. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes. Garnish with pineapple rings.
