GREEN SALAD WITH A BANANA FLAIR 
1 qt. bite size salad greens
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. red onion, sliced
2 bananas, peeled and diced
2 oranges, peeled and diced
2 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

In salad bowl, arrange greens with oranges, bananas, green pepper, and onion. Mix oil with vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, mustard, and bacon. Serve over salad. Toss well.
