CHIP BEEF AND CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 whole chicken breasts (halved, boned and skinned)
4 slices bacon (cut in half lengthwise)
1 pkg. chip or corned beef (type used for sandwiches), (2 1/2 oz.)
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 carton sour cream (16 oz.)

Put a piece of bacon around each half breast. Grease 9x13 inch pan and line it with the chip or corned beef (cut into strips). Put a breast on top of beef. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Bake 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 8. This may be prepared ahead of time. Do not cover with foil.
