MACARONI AND BEANS 
1 (approximately 15 oz.) can beans, drained (kidney, etc.)
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 1/2 cans water
Oil
Dash salt and pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 loaf Italian bread
1 box bite size macaroni

Saute onion in oil 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, parsley, beans. Cook on low heat 30 minutes. Add beans at the last five minutes of cooking time. In separate pot, cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine both pots together. Put in bowls, top with a lot of grated cheese. Serve with bread on the side.
