EASY SAUSAGE PIZZA BAKE 
1 lb. pork sausage or hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. water or beer
1 green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can black olives
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch or 9x13x2 inches. Brown sausage and onions in skillet. Drain.

Mix Bisquick and water until thoroughly moistened. Spread batter in pan. Spread spaghetti sauce carefully over batter. Top with sausage mixture and the remaining ingredients, ending with cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
