HAM LOAF 
1 lb. lean pork (ground)
1 lb. cured ham (ground)
3 whole eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Combine and shape into 10 to 12 loaves.

3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar

Combine and pour over ham loaves. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Baste several times.
