SQUASH BALLS 
3 medium squash chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
3/4 c. whole kernel corn drained
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Cook squash and onion until tender and drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and deep fry.
