GRAPE NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour

Soak Grape Nuts in milk for 15 minutes. Sift dry ingredients together. Add Grape Nuts mixture and egg. Bake in a loaf pan at 325 degree for 50 to 60 minutes.
