BROWN RICE II 
2 cans French onion soup
2 cans beef consomme
2 c. long grain uncooked rice
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
butter

Coat casserole dish with butter. Pour in all cans of French onion soup and beef consomme. Stir in 2 cups uncooked rice. Rinse mushrooms and drain well. Add them to casserole. Dot top of casserole with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
