AUNT EVELYN'S CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 sq. chocolate (melted)
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift cake, baking powder and salt together. Beat Crisco to cream and add sugar gradually while beating (keep beating until it's very light). Beat eggs in one at a time. Blend in melted chocolate and add sifted ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla. Blend well. Fill cupcakes - 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 20 cupcakes.
