CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa or dry chocolate mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips; set aside. Combine dry ingredients, stir liquid ingredients until mixture is smooth. Fill paper-lined cupcake tins 1/2 full then put 1 heaping teaspoon filling mixture in center of each cupcake. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
