CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
11 oz. cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix in a small bowl then fold in 1 large package chocolate chips. 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt

Sift together; then mix in a large bowl. 1/2 c. oil 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix into dry sifted ingredients and beat well.

Use small (1 - 1 1/2 inch size) cupcake liners. Fill liners 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top with a spoonful of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes approximately 72 small cupcakes. These are very moist - not really caky.
