HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground pork
2 lb. ground ham
1 green pepper, diced
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 lg. onion, diced

GLAZE:

1 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar

Mix glaze and set aside. Combine all ingredients for ham loaf, mix well and shape into loaf. Place in baking dish. Pour half of glaze over unbaked loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. From time to time, use remaining glaze to baste the ham loaf.
