MAGGIE'S POTATOES 
1 1/2 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen Ore-Ida potatoes, O'Brien, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 stick butter, cut into cubes
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour thawed potatoes O'Brien into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Stir soup in 1 quart saucepan. Slowly stir in milk. Heat slowly over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Pour over potatoes O'Brien. Add cream cheese and butter and mix. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, stir lightly, and then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
