SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lb. scallops
1 pt. heavy cream
4 tbsp. melted butter
Bread crumbs

Place scallops in a 9-10 inch pie tin. Cover half way with cream. Add melted butter. Spread bread crumbs over top and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
