TORTILLA MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/3 c. picante sauce
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. finely crushed tortilla chips
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In large bowl, combine meat, 1 cup picante sauce, oats, 1/2 cup tortilla chips, onion, egg, cumin, garlic powder and salt; mix well. Press firmly into 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 50-55 minutes. Carefully pour off drippings.

Spread remaining 1/3 cup picante sauce over top of loaf; sprinkle with cheeses and remaining 2 tablespoons tortilla chips. Return to oven 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 6 servings.
