HOT TUNA SALAD | |
1 c. elbow macaroni 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, flaked 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Toss together with remaining ingredients and place in 2-quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
