PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH 
4 c. sliced bananas (6 med. - not too ripe)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Place bananas in baking dish and add lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir lightly to coat fruit. In small bowl combine flour, nutmeg, and brown sugar; cut in peanut butter and butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over bananas. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm, with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
