1 loaf white bread, cut off edges and pat down
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar or sweeten to taste

Blend all until creamy.

Melt 1 stick butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of both. Spread cheese mixture light on bread - roll. Dip each log in melted butter and roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Freeze, then bake for 15 minutes in 400 degree oven or until lightly browned.
