BARBECUE SAUCE FOR SPARERIBS 
3/4 c. brown sugar
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. dried onion
3 tbsp. dried parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ginger
2 minced cloves garlic or equivalent
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 lbs. spareribs

Cut spareribs into serving pieces. Boil in salt water 1 hour then drain.

Mix all sauce ingredients in pan and heat slightly. Place ribs in shallow pan coating with sauce. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Re-coat with sauce several times during cooking time.
