PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
3 lbs. powdered sugar
2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. melted butter
1 lb. chocolate

Mix together well with hands and make into balls the size of a large marble. Put in refrigerator for a few hours. Melt chocolate in microwave on defrost. Start 2 minutes and go from there. Dip candy and place on wax paper. Wilton has a looped spoon that is great for dipping candy. Makes 90 to 100 pieces of candy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
