SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten slightly
2 tsp. minced onions

Drain thawed spinach in colander and add some pepper to it. Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
