S'MORE PIE 
Basic Crumb Crust 9"
1 (5 1/4 oz.) chocolate fudge pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
20 lg. (6 oz.) marshmallows
2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs

Prepare basic crumb crust with graham crackers. Set aside. Prepare pudding mix immediately. Stir in chocolate pieces. Stir until melted. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

Pour into pie crust. Top with marshmallows. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. At serving time microwave on high until marshmallows are puffed. Swirl marshmallows. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
