EARLENE'S COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. med.-size noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
6 tbsp. cheese, grated or sliced

Cook noodles until tender in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Melt butter in skillet. Add meat. Cook until done and pour off excess fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tomato soup. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture in casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned.
