CRISPY FRUIT AND CHEESE ROUNDS 
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. jam (strawberry, raspberry or blueberry)
4 rice cakes

Place cream cheese in small mixing bowl. Microwave at high for 45 seconds, or until softened. Add jam and mix well. Spread one fourth of cheese mixture on each rice cake. Top with fresh slices of fruit (strawberries, peaches, kiwi).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
