ZUCCHINI SAUSAGE PIE 
2 lbs. chopped zucchini
1/2 lb. sausage (2 brats and some hamburger)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 beaten eggs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Black pepper

Cook zucchini in water until tender. Drain. Saute sausage and drain. Combine zucchini and sausage with remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons of cheese. Spoon into greased 9 inch pie plate and top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
