IS THIS SWISS STEAK? 
1 to 3 lb. hamburger
1 to 2 cans mushroom soup
1 onion
Lemon pepper seasoning

Brown hamburger in patty form with chopped onion and lemon pepper. Drain grease. In separate bowl, add 1-2 cans hot water, mushroom soup and mix well.

Add to hamburger patties and simmer for 1 hour.

Great with mashed potatoes. Mushroom gravy can also be used for steaks and pork chops.
