ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion

Break up hamburger; add egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and minced onion; mix well. (I prefer a wooden spoon, than mixing with my hands.) Make meatballs the size of your choice.

1. Drop into tomato sauce. 2. Fry. 3. Fry and drop into tomato sauce. 4. Broil for 5 minutes on each side, drop into sauce.
