OATMEAL FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. peanut butter

Put sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil exactly 1 1/2 minutes. (Stir often to prevent sticking.) Then add the vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Mix well. Spread mixture into pan. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
