PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BARS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan: set aside. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with condensed milk over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

In large bowl, beat butter with peanut butter and sugar until blended. Stir in flour and oats until combined. Measure 1 cup and set aside. press remaining oats mixture onto bottom of baking pan. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over crust in pan. Crumble reserved cup of oat mixture over top. Bake 30-35 minutes until topping is golden. Cool in pan on wire rack about 1 hour. Calories per serving: 240.
