PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BARS 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. oil

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
5 tbsp. buttermilk
1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, cocoa, water, buttermilk and eggs in saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture bubbles. In large bowl mix flour, sugar and soda. Stir hot mixture into dry ingredients. Beat at high speed until smooth; add vanilla.

Spread mixture into greased and floured 11"x17" cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING: Combine peanut butter and oil until smooth; spread over cooled bars.

FROSTING: Beat all ingredients until smooth; spread over peanut butter. Let set and cut into bars.
