1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs

FILLING:

2 c. chocolate bits
1 1/3 c. condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cake mix, peanut butter and eggs. Press 2/3 of this into bottom of 15"x10" greased pan. Mix all filling ingredients, but nuts and chocolate bits. Whip good. Spread onto base and sprinkle bits and nuts on. Top with remaining crumb ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
