ITALIAN CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 chicken breast halves
2/3 c. Kraft grated Parmesan Cheese mixed with 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, cheese spread, onions and Italian seasoning. Top with chicken breast. Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
