PEPPER RELISH 
4 qt. chopped hot or sweet peppers
12 onions, chopped
5 c. sugar
3 c. red vinegar
1/3 c. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook on medium after the relish strikes a boil, boil about 20 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal 3-4 pints.
