HOT PEPPER RELISH 
1 peck sweet green peppers
1/2 lb. hot cherry peppers
1 1/2 lbs. long hot peppers
2 tsp. hot pepper seeds
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. salt
10 lg. onions
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 qt. white vinegar

Using a grinder, coarsely grind all ingredients and simmer in own juice until thick. Pack in jars and seal. Makes approximately 12 jars.
