BEEF, CREAM CHEESE & PECAN
SPREAD
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together the cream cheese and milk. Mix together in a separate bowl the dried beef, green pepper, garlic salt, pepper, dried onion and sour cream; add to cream cheese mixture. Cover with pecans, 1/2 teaspoon salt and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
