1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix above, simmer and stir. Bring to a boil. This is a zesty marinade to spice up red meat and poultry.
