COCONUT CREAM CAKE | |
1 white cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 can Coco Casa coconut cream (usually found in liquor store) 1 tub Cool Whip 1/2 c. toasted coconut Make cake according to package directions. When cake is done, let sit for 10 minutes, then, using a fork, punch holes all over and clear through cake. Pour on condensed milk and coconut. Let cake cool. Spread on Cool Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. |
