VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 lg. can Veg-All, drained
1 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
Waverly cracker crumbs (any good cracker will do)

Mix well; Veg-All, water chestnuts and other ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter. Put cracker crumbs on top and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 30-40 minutes.
