CHOCO-MINT SNAPPERS 
1 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
Pinch salt
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Melt chocolate chips. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Roll into balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
