PINEAPPLE SHERBET | |
1 pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. sugar 1 pt. pineapple juice 1 c. cold water 1 pt. ginger ale Juice of 1/2 lemon Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add sugar, cold water, pineapple juice, ginger ale and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into bowl and freeze. When frozen 1/2 inch from edge of bowl, beat until smooth and refreeze. |
