PINEAPPLE SHERBET | |
1 can crushed pineapple 1 c. cashew milk Store unopened can of pineapple in freezer overnight or longer. Remove from freezer; open and let stand 20 to 30 minutes to soften sufficiently so that chunks can be removed with sharp knife. In blender, combine the chilled milk and pineapple, adding a few chunks at a time. Blend until smooth or stop while a few pineapple fibers remain to give texture. Serve immediately. |
