RANCHO MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend in blender first 6 ingredients. Add mixture to meat to form meatballs and place in baking dish. Blend remaining 5 ingredients into a sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
