CHOCOLATE KING PIE 
1 melted stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped finely
1 c. flour

Mix and press into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Cool well.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 - 2 c. Cool whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix and spread over crust. Combine 1 package instant chocolate pudding and 1 package instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk and spread over cheese mix. Top with Cool whip.
