ICE CREAM BALLS 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. peanut butter, crunchy is best
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Mix crumbs, peanut butter and cinnamon together thoroughly. Roll scoops of ice cream in mixture. Place on cookie sheet and put in freezer. When firmly frozen, put in plastic bags and freeze until needed. Serve plain or with a fudge sauce or any sauce you prefer. Makes about 20 balls.
