SWEET POTATO AND PECAN PIE 
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & blended
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
7 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
2 (9") unbaked pie shells
2 c. sugar
3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. corn syrup

Beat eggs, butter, sugar and sweet potatoes. Stir in flour, salt, corn syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Add pecans. Pour in pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
