RICE PILAF 
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. frozen peas, corn

Combine in 2 quart microwave dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Add: 1/2 c. orzo noodles

Microwave until water is absorbed, 15-20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
